surfing videos: Dancing with Waves

I grew up with surfing: watching it and doing it. Great surfing rides are orgasmic. As an observer, the dynamic between the board rider and the wave presents as a sensual dance,   The quick bright turns and twists, the long breath-taking drops from the heights, each action and reaction between the surfer and the surf a choreographed mating ritual. The wave, like the female in some species, sometimes devours her mate in the end. Here are some fun rides:

Awesome Mavericks

Pleasure Point with View of Monterey Bay

Amazon Tidal Bore

Steamers Lane, Santa Cruz

Billabong, Belharra, France

Just do it...give some money, time and caring to save the oceans, and shores not just for surfers but for all of us.
